About Birthing

Birthing a baby is the most incredible experience most women will ever have. It is a universal and primal process, that entwines you with every mother on the planet.

Your birth, is the time in your life, where you truly surrender to your body, and experience its power. Your baby’s entry to this world, is in your hands, and this is the opportunity to create the most amazing start to a human’s life.

Your Birthing Team

Your birthing team can consist of just you and your baby, or a support team consisting of your partner, a midwife, a doula, and your older children. Here are some thoughts to get you started choosing your birthing team.

If you’re homebirthing,  you have the flexibility to birth your baby how you choose. Selecting methods and ideas that appeal to you.
